Through a long-term partnership with nearly four thousand farmers, we are creating a sustainable organic agriculture network. This integrated model will ensure safe, chemical-free food for consumers, while enabling farmers to receive fair market value and preserve agricultural dignity. Taqwa Village aims to build a social and economic bridge between urban consumers and rural producers, encouraging a community where food production and food consumption are interconnected and transparent.

The project site is exceptionally close to Dhaka city, situated just beside the Purbachal area, within approximately 30 minutes distance. While Dhaka rapidly transforms into a concrete-dominated urban jungle, leaving residents exhausted due to lack of fresh air, green space, and community-centric amenities, Taqwa Village is envisioned to provide a new experience—an escape from congestion and pollution, yet close enough to remain practically connected to the city, airport, and major commercial hubs.

Taqwa Village is not simply a residential real estate venture; it is a multipurpose and community-focused development intended to redefine urban living in Bangladesh. The project includes a hospital, mosque, international-standard hotel, resort, duplex and triplex cottages, senior citizen-friendly amenities, community gardens, kids’ play zones, and an organic food and agricultural display center with farmer affiliations. As Project Director, my primary responsibility is to ensure that every stage of development is carried out with integrity, professionalism, and commitment to long-term value. We have placed equal emphasis on construction quality, environmental sustainability, compliance, transparency, and community well-being. Every road, structural foundation, pipeline, and utility network is carefully planned to ensure operational efficiency and a lifetime of durability.

One of the greatest challenges in large-scale development is delivering on time without compromising construction quality. To overcome this, we apply structured resource management, coordinated planning among engineers and contractors, and strict supervision at every stage of execution. Using modern project tracking systems, digital monitoring tools, and regular progress reporting, we identify potential delays and risks early on, enabling timely solutions. Our engineering and construction teams work collaboratively under clear operational guidelines to ensure compliance with international and national building standards.

Every structural component of Taqwa Village is being built according to BNBC-2025 guidelines and monitored through a rigorous compliance framework.
